  As a property owner of a very heavily-booked high-end 3 bed/3 bath beachfront condo in Miramar Beach, one of the biggest headaches I have had has been the quality of my housekeeping. My rental guests pay for (and expect) a very high quality experience. Prior to starting with Ronnie and Coastal Property Maintenance, I had horrible luck with four prior housekeeping teams (two provided by my past rental management companies, two I found on my own). I just could not believe that there was not a great cleaning company that did their jobs well and at a reasonable price! Thank goodness I was referred by a friend to Coastal Property Maintenance! From the very start they have always done a great job, and the owner, Ronnie, is very "can do" and proactive. His management style and professionalism are exceptional, and he goes out of his way to provide above-and-beyond service and be a valued member of our team, not just our cleaning company. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
